1. Acceptance
By accessing this website you agree to these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the site. The materials on this site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law; express permission is required to reproduce them.
2. What we do
QB Recovery provides data services for QuickBooks company files: recovery and repair of damaged or lost files, diagnostics, condense and file-size services, file merges, password removal, and conversions into QuickBooks. Each service page states its own price and turnaround; see pricing for the full published catalog.
3. The guarantee
If we cannot recover your data, you pay nothing. No diagnosis fee, no evaluation fee, no bait-and-switch.
“Recovery” means delivering your data back in working condition as described on the service page you ordered. If we determine your data cannot be recovered, we tell you and the fee is not charged or is refunded in full.
4. Turnaround
Every published turnaround window starts when we receive your file, not when you place the order. Upload promptly; we cannot start until the file arrives. Windows for oversized or unusually damaged files are confirmed on receipt, as noted on the relevant service page.
5. Your files
By sending us a file you warrant that you own it or are authorized by its owner to submit it for service. We may request proof of ownership — for example, before removing an admin password. How we protect and retain your files is covered in the privacy policy.
6. Independence and trademarks
QB Recovery is an independent service operated by E-Tech. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Intuit Inc. “QuickBooks” and related marks are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc., used on this site for identification and descriptive purposes only.
7. Site materials provided as is
The articles, guides, and other materials on this website are provided “as is”. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the materials are accurate, complete, or current. Follow-along instructions on data-damaged files carry risk — back up first, and when in doubt ask us before acting.
8. Limitations of liability
In no event shall QB Recovery or its suppliers be liable for any damages — including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or business interruption — arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this website, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or on liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We have not reviewed every site linked from this website and are not responsible for the contents of any linked site. A link does not imply endorsement; use of any linked site is at your own risk.
10. Revisions
Site materials may contain technical or typographical errors, and we may change materials or revise these terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the site you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
11. Governing law
Any claim relating to this website is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
